Mrs Gladys Ajaero (Nee Mbawike) hail from Obazu, Mbieri in Mbaitolu L.G.A, IMO State. She holds a Bsc Econs, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Mrs Ajaero is an Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management, (NIM) Member, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. Shortly, after graduation, Mrs Ajaero secured employment with NEM Insurance plc, a leading Insurance Company in the country, putting in 8 years of service. Her hard-work and dedication to service endured to her many and as a result, earned her a well- deserved promotion to the position of a Superintendent. Vibrant, young and enterprising, Mrs Ajaero made her mark in the industry and was sort after in the financial industry. In quest for career growth and better working environment, Mrs Ajaero joined FIN Insurance company Ltd, a subsidiary of First City Monument Bank PLC as the Branch Manager, Enugu branch. While at FIN, she initiated alot of developmental ideas that helped grew her branch and at same time add value to the company's capital base.She has burning desire for knowledge and academic excellence.
